I am overwhelmed with the support of Ella’s team for Zoe’s race http://www.firstgiving.com/goteamella. Family, friends, old friends (thanks facebook), long lost friends, new friends, people our family has met in passing, Ella’s kindergarten teacher and strangers who have been touch by our family have come together to raise close to $1,500.00 (and counting) to help families with kids with disabilities make their homes accessible. We moved to Vermont only four years ago and I am so touch by the support that the community has given us as well as the overwhelming support of our many, many friends in cyberspace.
Today several members of Ella’s Team got together and made t-shirts for race day.
Also a huge thanks to my good friend Liz for pulling this all together–I am so happy I met you and you are a part of my life. Love you!
